So, we'll admit it....we love it too! This gorgeous combination adds a comfy, rustic yet modern vibe to any home or restaurant. Antique Dolphin Table!!

It seems gorgeous Antique Dolphin Tables are making quite a statement these days. We stumbled across these photos of Trina Turk's Los Angeles boutique; designed by one of our favorite Interior Designers  Kelly Wearstler. This glamorous store has the perfect mix of feminine and glam. We love the use of this dolphin table for a sunglass display.

While doing a bit more research these stunning designs date back to the 1500's..
Andrea Palladio recorded the design found in fragments of the temple in his book The Four Books on Architecture published in Venice in 1570 (since rewritten). This motif became popular again in the late seventeenth and eighteenth century, during this time in England William Kent made the dolphins a signature of his. Below is an Antique English Giltwood Dolphin Console from that period.

Cose Belle has a pair of these Antique Dolphin tables below for sale. They arrived last week and the possibilities are endless with these beauties. There have been mentions of adding a marble top, converting them into a washstand, or a desk! To top it off, they are a bit of steal, $525 each!!!
